{"id":185,"date":"2023-12-08T16:46:10","date_gmt":"2023-12-08T16:46:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/exptel.com.ar\/?p=185"},"modified":"2024-07-03T18:00:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T21:00:24","slug":"fibras-multimodo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/exptel.com.ar\/?p=185","title":{"rendered":"Fibras Multimodo &#8211; (MM)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con las fibras <a href=\"https:\/\/exptel.com.ar\/?p=183\"><strong>monomodo<\/strong><\/a>, las multimodo suelen tener di\u00e1metros de n\u00facleo m\u00e1s grandes (50 \u00f3 62,5 \u00b5m), estas caracter\u00edsticas permiten que los rayos de luz viajen en varios \u00e1ngulos a trav\u00e9s del n\u00facleo de la fibra, varios modos que se propagan simult\u00e1neamente dentro de \u00e9l lo que las hace m\u00e1s aptas para aplicaciones locales y de corta distancia. La fuente de luz utilizada en las fibras MM es <strong>LED<\/strong> y <strong>VCSEL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fibras Multimodo (MM)\u00a0 &#8211; \u00cdndice Gradual<\/strong><br>La fibra MM de <strong>\u00cdndice Gradual <\/strong>tiene un n\u00facleo cuyo \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n disminuye gradualmente desde el centro hacia el revestimiento. Esto hace que la luz viaje en una trayectoria sinusoidal. Aunque los rayos que viajan fuera del centro tienen una ruta m\u00e1s larga, su velocidad aumenta en las \u00e1reas de menor \u00edndice. Esto reduce la diferencia de velocidad entre los distintos modos de luz, mejorando el rendimiento en comparaci\u00f3n con la fibra multimodo de \u00edndice escalonado.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/0jrDt9rg\/imagen-2024-07-03-175650752.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:616px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Fibras Multimodo (MM)\u00a0 &#8211; \u00cdndice Escalonado<\/strong><br>La fibra multimodo de <strong>\u00edndice escalonado <\/strong>gu\u00eda la luz mediante reflexi\u00f3n total entre el n\u00facleo y el revestimiento, que tiene un \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n uniforme. El n\u00facleo tiene un di\u00e1metro de 50 o 62,5 \u03bcm, y el revestimiento generalmente es de 125 \u03bcm. Aunque esta fibra es f\u00e1cil de fabricar, tiene un ancho de banda bajo debido a la dispersi\u00f3n modal.
