La ley de Snell establece la relaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica entre los \u00e1ngulos de incidencia y refracci\u00f3n y los \u00edndices de refracci\u00f3n de los dos medios involucrados. Matem\u00e1ticamente, se expresa como: <em>\u03b8i<\/em>\u200b=<em>\u03b8r<\/em><br><strong>Donde:<\/strong><br><em>\u03b8i<\/em>\u200b es el \u00e1ngulo de incidencia.<br><em>\u03b8r<\/em>\u200b es el \u00e1ngulo de reflexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fotobracamonte.es\/blog\/userfiles\/images\/reflejo.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:383px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9stas leyes son fundamental para comprender c\u00f3mo la luz se desv\u00eda al pasar de un medio a otro y se aplica la propagaci\u00f3n de la luz en la fibra \u00f3ptica. <br><br>Cuando el \u00e1ngulo de incidencia supera este valor cr\u00edtico (siendo as\u00ed el &#8220;<strong>\u00c1NGULO CR\u00cdTICO<\/strong>&#8220;), se da lugar a la <strong>REFLEXI\u00d3N INTERNA TOTAL<\/strong>, un fen\u00f3meno esencial en dispositivos \u00f3pticos como las fibras \u00f3pticas.
